Sound Bath Journey with Oils, Nidra + Yin

Soothe your senses, slow down, and return to your natural rhythm. Join Yuki and Ingrid for a deeply restorative Sound Bath Journey—a sacred space to reset, replenish, and reconnect.
This evening is a full-body immersion into calm, combining live ambient and nature sounds with the rich tones of Crystal and Tibetan bowls, rain sticks, and subtle energy healing. To deepen the experience, you'll be guided through melting yin holds, allowing the body to open slowly while receiving therapeutic sound and aromatic support.
✨ What’s Included:
Opening with grounding essential oils to settle your energy
A series of gentle yin postures held with support and spaciousness
A multi-layered soundscape Crystal and Tibetan singing bows, drums and nature-inspired sounds
Live ambient sound to deepen relaxation
Subtle energy attunements and intuitive support from your facilitators
A closing ritual with Earth-blended aromatherapy to return you gently to the present
Time to reflect, breathe, and share your experience in community
No prior experience is needed—this is a space to simply receive.
All mats, props, and bolsters are provided.
